4. Refund Policy
Thank you for choosing HoneyComb Branding Studio. Because we provide custom digital creative services, our refund policy is structured as follows:
1. Before Project Commencement
If you cancel a project after making an initial deposit but before we have started any design work, you are eligible for a full refund of your deposit, minus any transaction fees.
2. In-Progress Projects
Once design work has begun (including brainstorming, sketching, or drafting), deposits are non-refundable. If you choose to cancel mid-project, you will not be billed for the remaining balance, but HoneyComb Branding Studio retains the initial deposit to cover the hours worked.
3. Final Deliverables
Due to the digital and custom nature of graphic design, no refunds will be issued once the final, approved files have been delivered to the client. We work closely with you during the revision phase to ensure you love the final product before delivery.
